Tarangire National Park Full-Day Wildlife Safari

Your Safari leaves at 8:00 AM from the pick up point in Arusha and we will have a 1.5 hour drive to the park gates.

Tarangire National park is a small part of a much larger ecosystem that comprises most of what is called Maasai Steppe or southern Maasailand. The vast open spaces feature acacia savannah, sandy river beds, sausage trees, baobab trees and the dramatic wild life.

Experience the large herds of elephants as well as a variety of animals such as zebra, antelope, buffalo, wildebeest, ostrich, giraffe, elands among others. Lions and leopards are often seen at Silale swamp, without forgetting the playful warthog which the park is named after it.
 

The park is also a home to a number of birds and other creatures as well.
Later, we will have a picnic lunch with a view of river valley with company of vervet monkey who always look for a way to steal your lunch. After lunch we will proceed with the game drive and leave the park late afternoon.
