Private, Full Day Game Drive in Ngorongoro Conservation Area
Your Safari leaves at 8:00 AM from the pick up point in Arusha, and we will have a 2-hour drive to the Park gates.
The Ngorongoro Crater is a must-see breathtaking conservation area and is the best place in Tanzania to see the Big Five (Lion, Leopard, Buffalo, Elephant and the endangered Black Rhino.) It has a huge density of wildlife so it's easy to see plenty of species together.
The crater floor convine different habitats like swamps, grassland, forests and Lake Makat. It’s the largest unflooded and unbroken caldera in the world, covering an area of approximately 300 square km.
Once inside the park you will make your way to a view point on craters rim for a spectacular view and photos before descending the steep slopes into the crater for your game drive.
You will later have a picnic lunch beside a large lake and swampland, where the crater's large hippo population and clever lunch-grabbing birds will be around to entertain you. After lunch we will proceed with the game drive and leave the park in the late afternoon.
