Day 2, Tarangire Park
After an early breakfast, we will cross the maasai steppe on our way to Tarangire National Park, Tanzania’s fourth largest and one of its most diverse parks. The landscape is dotted by the Iconic huge Baobab trees. Giraffes, buffalos and elephants are seen easily unbothered by our presence and going about their daily routines. There is abundance of wildlife including lions, leopards, oryx, diki diks and a wide range of bird species, with possible sightings of pythons on top of trees, while meandering along bush tracks and exploring the Tarangire’s rivers twist and turns with elephant drinking and playing in the refreshing waters. On the day 2 you will be accommodated at the Eileens Trees Inn.
Day 3, Lake Manyara Park
The early morning game drive is worth taking if you wish, and then we will drive to Lake Manyara for mid morning to sunset game drives. Lake Manyara is a small, beautiful National Park famous for the legendary tree climbing lions and many other large and small mammals. Driving through the lush garden is a gentle reminder that you are now in Africa. Exotic bird Calls fill air. Lunch can be served at numerous picnic sites in the park or if you wish you may go for hot lunch at the lodge before returning for game drives in the afternoon. Zebras, wildebeests, bushbucks, diki dikid and guinea fowls regularly cross your path for your delight. We will roam along bus tracks and explore the lake, which is home of thousands of flamingos. We will enjoy more game drives at sunset before heading to our accommodations. On the third day you will be accommodated at the Eileens Trees Inn.
Day 4, Lake Eyasi
We start with breakfast at 6:00 am and then depart to Lake Eyasi Village for the bushmen tour. This ancient tribe only survives by eating wild fruits and meat. There you will also have the chances to have a cultural interaction with the Datoga tribe. Our Datoga guide at the village will lead the tour and visit the onion plantation which has supplied onions over East Africa for many years.
Hadzabe people (Bushmen) will give you the possibility of going out for a short hunting expedition in the evening before dinner, give you the authentic bushmen experience. Only bow and arrows will be used. The Bushmen hunt on baboons and other small mammals. They do not build houses, but instead live in caves and in makeshift shelters. On the fourth day you will be accommodated at the Eileens Trees Inn.
Day 5, Serengeti National Park
On day five you will wake up early morning to a cup of fresh brewed Tanzania coffee. After breakfast, we will make our way to Serengeti National Park heading northwest. Serengeti, which means endless plain in Maasai Language, is a well-known paradise for wild life, quite bigger than Jamaica and famous for great migrations and its huge natural diversity. Your first game safari in Serengeti will give you the chance to spot lions and other animals native to the land. On the fifth day you will be accommodated at Serengeti wild camp.
Day 6, Full Day in Serengeti National Park
On day 3, you will have the chance to embark on a morning game drive at dawn (if you wish) to see nocturnal animals retiring and the diurnal species waking up for a new day under the beautiful African rising sun. You will then go back to the lodge/camp for breakfast, leaving with a lunch box for a full day of game drives on the endless plains of the Serengeti. Depending on the time of year of your Safari, may witness the great migration that involves the movement of over a million and a half wildebeest, together with zebras and gazelles, in what is the largest mass movement of animals on the planet. The Serengeti ecosystem is also home to lions, leopards, elephants, cheetahs, buffalos, elands, wild dogs, crocodiles and more, including Eurasia migrants Birds. On the sixth day you will be accommodated at Serengeti wild camp.
Day 7, Olduvai Gorge – Ngorongoro Crater
On day 7 there will be a sunrise game drive from 06:30am to 12:00pm. Then we will enjoy lunch before we depart for the Ngorongoro crater. On the way, we will stop at Olduvai Gorge, the cradle of mankind where paleontologists and anthropologists have found hundreds of fossilized bones and stone tools dating back millions of years. We will enjoy the gorge landscape and visit the small museum to view some of the incredible finds of Drs. Louis and Mary Leakey. On the Seventh day you will be accommodated at Rhino Lodge.
Day 8, Ngorongoro Crater Floor – Arusha
Rise early for breakfast before we spend a fully day exploring the crater floor. This volcanic crater is one of the largest caldera in the world. Ngorongoro is said to have the highest density of wildlife in Africa, so you can admire many animal species together. Because of this, it’s one of the only places on earth where you may see all of the Big Five at once: lion, leopard, elephant, African buffalo and black rhino. To maximize your time on the crater floor, you will enjoy a special boxed lunch at a scenic picnic spot. We will then travel back to Arusha. On the eighth day you will be accommodated at Mercury Hotel.

Day 9, Arusha – Kilimanjaro Airport.
After breakfast, we will transfer you to the airport to continue your holidays in Zanzibar or your flight back home.
